Hello everyone! I have a question about the command/compel spells. The definition says that the victim can drop an item if it carries one or put on the Ring if it has. Can the model drop a weapon? For example the Anduril or a visibile weapon(mace,axe,shield)

Since there are no rules for dropping weapons, no.
Would be sick overpowered if it was though :P
