Great job on Gothmog and Gimli as well mate! I've always like the way you paint the Gimli models!

Any progress on the Orc-archer yet?

Could we see a piccy of the whole collection so far (including all the pieces you have) ?

;)

I have a spare Gothmog (the idiots sent me two), so placed them side by side for comparison.

I also have a Legolas bishop and of course the Orc Archer.
Legolas had just been basecoated and was drying when I took the pic and the Orc Archer is practily done, hwever the bow snapped and I am waiting for a replacement so I can swap the bow hand over. I will update once I have received the piece and done this.

Nice collection Brian!
Although there's one thing that bothers me a bit...
Aragorn looks like he has eaten too many hamburgers.. he's face looks fat and swollen... but tht's my opinion... and probably it's just the sculpt...

Wow! These so models are so cool! And sooooo much better than the original paint job. So far my favourite is Gothmog, the armour is just awesome. The eyes of Aragorn is also really cool.

Looking forward to see more of these, especially that Gollum :)

Hello all

I'm new here and i'm french (from Paris) "sorry, i speak english very bad"

I has the collection of echec of the lord of rings in France and I would have liked to know if somebody here makes the collection?

I have create a site on this theme and I wondered if I could have some information, knowing that you have 10 figurines beforehand on us in France.

In France we are at issue 19 and in you at issue 29 (Arwen) I believe?

Thank you for your answers :)

Hi CK, I collector the chess pieces and have them on order, and yes, Arwen was the last miniature I received.

Heres a link to the official site. Click on 'Missing an Issue' to see the models available, albeit, the site is always approxiamately 3 issues behind.

http://www.lotr-chess.co.uk/

Hope this helps !
