I was thinking of starting a smaller Harad army to add some evil to my local gaming scene. I don't like painting orcs and I already have Easterlings. Figured I try Harad since I like the Golden king and his jolly fat friends well enough. The following list is basically what I would buy thrown into a list and I'd like to know if it would be able to put up a good enough fight to be fun and what I might want to add on in the future to get to 600pts. Appreciate the advice!

Abrakhan guard x3
Haradrim warriors w/ bow x3
Haradrim warriors w/ spear x6

Task Master
Abrakhan guard x3
Haradrim warriors w/ bow x3
Haradrim warriors w/ spear x6

Haradrim Chieftain w/ horse, war-spear, and bow
Haradrim raiders w/ war-spear and bow x5

Love the theme, this was my favorite list before 2nd edition!
Abrakhan Guard are still good despite the buff to Harad warriors. I know the blisters are expensive, but I would try to squeeze in more. Something like this:

8 Haradrim Warrior with Bow with poisoned arrows; Spear;
1 Haradrim Raider with War spear;
6 Abrakhân Merchant Guard

Haradrim Chieftain with Horse;
6 Haradrim Warrior with Bow with poisoned arrows; Spear;
6 Abrakhân Merchant Guard

Hâsharin

You can get it with 1 set of Harad cav and 4 blisters of Merchant Guard. If you don't want this many guard, you might want to put in the Betrayer. Regular warriors suck without the Betrayer.

Otherwise I think what you have will work fine, probably one of the strongest cost-effective themey Abrakhan lists I can think of. Let us know how it goes!

Thanks for the advice McGarnacle! I will think about getting some more guard. Might do it in two waves after I get the first 6 done. I will also have to look at converting a Hasharin. I was going to do a taskmaster from one of the archer models. One of the poses might work well as the assassin too with those some added knives and a simple blowpipe. I am looking forward to starting soon.
