Where did you get your coloured foliage?
Would look cool as corals for my Idoneth Deepkin

Éomer completed :)

Pretty happy with the result, especially his dappled horse 'Firefoot'. But mostly pumped as this is the start of painting up my Rohan army which I have owned for an age!

Good luck everyone, looking forward to Orctober's challenge!

Thanks! The colored stuff is from a package called Decorative Moss Kit by Proflora.

I really like that you painted the wood grain on the shield. It really sets the model apart from everyone else's and the horse looks great too.

Cheers GreatKhanArtist, I tried super hard on the shield, so I appreciate that loads. I actually tore it off the model to paint it separately!

I've painted, and converted, a troll too.
My painting skill could be better, maybe I will fix some things later on. I didn't like the skine colour I've used, so maybe I will paint that over later on.

Close up - dead urc missing a foot and has a spear through his body, spear is a bit blurry...

They make de-glossers if you want to take the floss coat away. Mix this with some brownish paint, and you can dull with dirt. Quick, easy, and good. Nice paint job overall, can we get a rear view and looking up at him?

I've edited my previous post. So now the right photos are seen.
I accidentally copied the wrong links a few times...

And I see the competition is very high... Very nice models.
I like the drum troll, his face is done really well! And the details are done good also, like the wooden structures, the drum and of course always nice to add a weapon on it's back ;)
The face of the chieftain troll is also superb!
I like Éomer too, especially the shield!

Amazing work klemzy, the wrinkly texture of the skin and the details on the drim I think they are my favourite part!

Dwarves4thewin! if you could upload them in a different host (such as imgur) to get rid of the watermark it should be even better. Nice work on the base, I see the Troll was on a killing spree before it got that arrow in the back :D
