Was wondering, is the dwarf king useful?

That depends on how you plan to use him. Ultimately, he is a mid ranged hero with might. So in that sense, yes, he is useful.

I mean looking at his profile.....hes got D 8 and fight 6. Hes the cost of arathorn.

High courage. Normal might.

Two will is nice.

Problem is it's really hard to choose him over the great Heroes they have in their list.
But is he good? Heck yeah

Thanks for the response! I already got Balin, Gimli and a Captain. Wasn't sure if a Dwarf King would useful as well.

I think Balin and Gimli are more useful, maybe for bigger games he will be used

I have the choice between Gimli, Balin, and Dwarf King for leading my khazad guard in my collection. The Dwarf King is a great unit even if he is out-shined by the other two. His Defense 8 is the main reason, but providing extra will is never a bad thing.
