I would drop the Stormcaller, for his 60 pts you can take ~6 elves, or 2 knights and bows for twins, or banner with 3 more elves. Imo much more useful than susceptible to Sap Will Stormcaller.

I think you're doomed on account of low troop numbers, an unstable ground force and an over reliance on heroes. But then I am a pessimist and I've seen worse lists do well so go ahead and run this. It could be fun to watch the twins if nothing else.

It looks fun, but you've got too few numbers. Pretty much everyone else will have around 50 models at 750 to 800 points and you've got about half that. You will unfortunately be completely surrounded and overrun by almost any half-decent army just due to the fact that 19 high elves will only last so long and can only fight so many guys at once without dying in droves (not that there are even droves of them to die in this case). Drop either warband 3 or 4 for some more warriors.

Looks much Better. Not sure about Glorfindel over Gil-Galad, but Cirdan having his will strengthened by the Stormcaller would really help. Still low on numbers, but it shouldbe managable, especially with the terror bubble. I'd put all my archers in one warband with Cirdan and then put them up against any enemy ones and they'd trash them, but It's all down to personal preference. Extremely low on might though; Alfred?
