What do you think guys of this list?
I don't have sons of eorl or rohan outriders, or Pelennor Eomer.
I am gonna use it for a 500pts tournament or combined with Rohan/Gondor heavy infantry in 750pts cup.

Well to put briefly... I see nothing to improve. Nice list and nice rohan-themic.

As a personal choice Id take out the banner and throwing spears and add a few more figures but thats just me. Your list does look nice.

As for thee number of models: yeah actually me too, but I don't have them and also many say that in all mounted your force needs to be flexible with about 20 models to make that skirmish kind of play. And that banner, I would remove it easily for sons of eorl if I had em...

It's a cool, nicely-themed list, I spent a lot of time a few years ago playing with the LOTR era Heroes and just Royal Guard and Riders of Rohan. It wont be overly competitve but it's tons of fun to use, don't be tempted to drop in Sons of Eorl, it's an easy way to make it better but spoils the theme. I'd drop the banner personally, they're not great on cavalry models as the large base size makes it hard to cover more than 2 or 3. Use the points to upgrade all your RIders to Redshields (essential) and add in another rider or two or a few more throwing spears - have fun!

Since everyone else is saying drop the banner I will say don't. I have always taken banners with my horsemen to help keep up the momentum of a charge and to get heroic fights off the ground. When you get into combat you need to kill your enemies and to do that you need to win the fight, which the banner will do. Plus banners in cavalry charges look cool too. The thing I'd drop is Eowyn's throwing spear so you can upgrade the last of your riders into redshields.

Yup yup I think I remember you used to play with this and if GBHL James could give some army advice (the article in SBG #1 was great but speaking of a list here) would be the perfect push for being good with an all mounted force

Btw if I add more models then I will have warbands with something like 7 mounted models per warband. Is it viable?

Indeed the 5 pts seem like a waste but if you need to protect the lady she may be a little useless, while here she can lead and participate in a skirmish focus warband that "hits and go" something like mongols (but of closer range). I will test it before I paint her so maybe I will remove the spear later
