I am not sure if this is the right forum to post this, if not, forgive me for my ignorance.

A friend of mine introduced me to the game league of legends.
When I was looking into the lore around the game, I found the faction "noxus" very appealing. In particularly Sion - the undead juggernaut.
By reading another post about how to make custom infantry/heroes/anything else, I thought: Why not do this?

To skip to my question, I would like some input on how I created him. My only problem is that I am afraid that I made him too powerfull for the amount of points/he is way too expensive.
