I'm going to go with abcdefg's elf. The robes are very smooth and I love the shield.

I had to go with orc-archers White Warg. I was very impressed with the neat and seamless fur work.

My vote is for Halauas' Uruk-hai/Easterling conversion because of the originality. Nicely done, sir!

Love the bearded Easterling though the work on show was all excellent.

This is very difficult to decide folks.... I wish I could sculpt. (Dorth raises helm to participants causing consternation when they think Darth Vader has returned)

I voted for UKFB's Azog. Even though it is an obvious conversion choice, it is still a very relevant one and done very well.

I don't know how mine got a vote, must have been someone's mistake. :)

Orc Archer for me. The green stuff work is sublime, you just know it will take a brush perfectly.
All round excellent standard, well done everyone.

abcdefg for me.

I dislike GW's Guards of the galadhrim court, and his work on this figure is a much more appealing look for me.

I may be a bit biased with the elf too :P
