Has anyone ordered from them recently?

I placed an order in September and after chasing it in October I go a message saying he was waiting on the casters. I chased again at the end of November and heard nothing. I have just chased again but don't hold up much hope. I have brought stuff from them in the past without issues but now I am wondering if they are still going.

If you have facebook send him a friend request and you can speak to him directly on there. definitely still around as i was talking to him a week or so ago.

If I don't get an answer from my latest query I will do that. Seems a shame to have to resort to stalking to get some customer service though. Definitely put me off ordering from him again.

I have ordered some knight heads and a mongol figure back on 28th December. I have emailed to ask for an estimated delivery time but got an automated response saying orders will be processed after 7th Jan. I am not worried and sent that in my email to him as I know he is a one man operation and well respected.

Waiting since the end of December is different than waiting since August or September. I have ran my own businesses in the past and poor communication does not keep customers and there is really no excuse for not answering queries

I definitely advise going the facebook route. He's easy to get hold of on there.

Did you send a friend request first bud? if not it will go to his others folder and he may not see it.

Fair enough but as suggested, the best route is via facebook and if I hear anything in the meantime, I will post back on here.

I order stuff of of him, was told waiting for the caster too, but when I asked for a refund he managed to get the casting done and in the end it took a couple of months, but I got my bits :-)

Well a week later no response to emails again. No response to Facebook friend request or message. Have to say buyers beware!

i have heard nothing either, nor has email been replied too. Not overly worried as yet but the stuff i wanted to convert has arrived yet heads i ordered havent

He has accepted my friend request on Facebook but not responded to any messages. Can't say I will ever buy from him again
