oh thanks Draugluin, i was thinking of getting it for the 360. i always wait 6 months or so for the price to drop, normally around £15

I bought the new Dragon Age Inquisition on Amazon yesterday for 1p it was a mistake on there website and they have sent confirmation of dispatch email, went back to order more and it had risen to £34.00 straight away. Deal of the Decade i recon

From what I've heard, that game is worth every penny - although that sounds negative in the light of the price you've paid!

Did you get to to keep the 1p price? Last I heard, Amazon was cancelling orders / charging the full price for customers who exploited the bug.

Mine was fine on PS3. Loading times were quite long, but that didn't stop me really enjoying it!

Videos, however, I missed out on; unless they were main story mission ones.

Well, when it takes over a minute to go to the start menu, the lag is unacceptable.

Got it the PS3 and although it is a great game with awesome combat mechanics, it is clearly designed for next gen with my simple machine struggling to keep up with all the rich textures and details that would make this game great on a high end console.

Still a great game though a definitely worth it for any LotR fan. Not like any other game out there atm (except slightly like Assassin's Creed with parkour mechanics).

Just finished it on PS4, got my first Platinum trophy, fairly easy but time consuming. Great game and now that I'm done I've finally read the entirety of this thread.

I don't care about lore all too much in video games just as long as they don't break away from it by a huge distance that it becomes pretty obvious that they stamp Lord of the Rings on the cover to grab a quick buck. Games are just games, they're non-canon. I'm just happy to play in a Middle-Earth setting and it was pretty decent. Not sure if coast lines surrounding Nurn are lush and green in Mordor, I don't read Middle-Earth Atlas.

I agree with Creaky, first half was very challenging, where second half it was cool and different to brand orc captains, but it did lower the difficulty.

The biggest problem with this game, and most other players agree, are the last two boss battles. They were a joke and a let down. Overall though a great fun Arkham/Assassins game.

Up to the last few missions, really enjoying it so far. Would've been nice to have some sort of multiplayer incorporated but over all an amazing game and probably the longest I've spent playing a single player game.
