Knights of Rivendell Parts?

If someone has the time I was wondering if they could answer some questions about the Knights of Rivendell box:

The GW website shows two sprues. Am I right in believing that two of each are included, thus giving 12 spears including two without arms and two banner (and also 6 shields)?
This may seem obvious but 12 spears and two banners seems too good to be true for 6 knights.

Yeah, because if you look at the two different sprues, between them you've only got three horses.

Okay thank you. That does make sense and I thought that but I was wondering if there were perhaps other sprues not pictured. Thanks though!
