Where now the horse and the rider? Where is the horn that was blowing?
Where is the helm and the hauberk, and the bright hair flowing?
Where is the hand on the harpstring, and the red fire glowing?
Where is the spring and the harvest and the tall corn growing?
They have passed like rain on the mountain, like a wind in the meadow;
The days have gone down in the West behind the hills into shadow.
Who shall gather the smoke of the dead wood burning,
Or behold the flowing years from the Sea returning?

n'aww we got to see Blackmist's fanboy side

Just changed the wording of the merciful leader so players cannot refuse to use their fate to make the oath un-achievable - it is fairer this way.

Thanks again to everyone who took part in the Close Encounters Hobbit SBG Tournament and made it one hell of a day!

Here are the results which BlackMist will soon be adding to the Hobbit League table.

Just wanted to say a massive thanks to everyone who turned up on the day and to all the organisers.

Special thanks to Damian and White Wizard for all the organisation (and the rather charming results chart above) and making the day run so well and to Suicidal Marsbar for having the idea for a small tournament.

300 points was a really great size for games and it was great being able to squeeze 5 games against different opponents into 1 day - can't wait for the next one!
