The Portcullis Wargames Emporium in Bolton?

I have never heard of this place before, but I just checked on the store finder on GW site and found this place is near to my house, my local GW and right next to my University.

Does anyone know anything about it? Like do people play games in there, do they have space, and if so do they for LotR, also do they have discounts on LotR products?

Also, just feel free to pop in and ask if that would be easier, they're a friendly bunch. There is room to play but i'm not sure how many people play LotR.
