Sounds great! I've been following your conversions, especially after all your kind support with my own first models, and am very impressed. You're sure to do an amazing job!

It's up to you how you want to do it

I have some spare riders of rohan with horses which should be enough for both of us. Currently only have 3 spare Rangers of the North metals although waiting on a trade to see if I end up with another 6.

If I end up with 9 I'll send them all over, just let me know how many you would like for yourself for the time doing the conversions

If I've only got the 3, I'll send them over and you can have them and maybe use some of your spare plastic rangers to make the mounted rangers to send back?

What do you think?

i'd gladly take three and use the other six (if they come) for your mounted conversions, otherwise I'll convert six normal rangers into mounted Northies

Let me see what's going on with the 6 potentials and if I end up with 9, we'll do it that way

Otherwise, I'm confident in your skills to make 6 normal plastic rangers look like fantastic mounted rangers of the north!

I'd part with Halbarad and Arathorn (unpainted) if there's anything you have on my wants list. I'm not really interested in anything you have on offer there I'm afraid.

Orthanc Gandalf and Ranger Faramir for my two? They're unpainted, possibly on bases, and a I bent Arathorns open hand into a fist (no green stuff. )

Updated with new haves/wants. Now have rare OOP Theoden, Gandalf and Eowyn models up, plus Galadriel, Lady of the Galadhrim!
