After seeing the Radagast sculpt from the limited edition box set where he carries Sebastian the Hedgehog. I've decided to sculpt a separate mini on a base... of a tiny hedgehog! Work in progress at the moment (photos inbound) and I'm assuming Games Workshop probably won't release a mini like this...

I've come on here seeking your help one-ringers, what kind of funky special house rules could Sebastian have? Could he be a magical hedgehog, something that could potentially influence the swing of a battle on a lucky dice roll? Would he be incredibly hard to hit because he is so tiny and how would this reflect in the rules? I look forward to all sorts of crazy responses :).

Have Sebastian be a special rule for Radagast - If Radagast wins a combat but fails to wound then Sebastian sneaks round the back of Radagasts opponent and lies down sneakily on the floor behind him when Radgasts opponent is driven back he falls over Sebastian and is knocked to the ground. Well done Sebastian :)

small - Seb is small and hard to see. He counts as having an elven cloak and he always has 2 'in the way' rolls.

spikey - any model attacking seb auto-suffers a strength 1 hit

Hehe i tought of something similar when i read it. His spikes prick around the enemys heels and they fall down (knocked down).

Hmm, a magical hedgehog...

Sebastian the Hedgehog 100 (?) points
F S D A W C M/W/F
1/- 1 3 1 3 8 1/1/10

Wargear:
Whilst Sebastian carries no weapons, he never counts as unarmed

Special Rules:
Furry ball of fun: Sebastian likes to roll around on the floor like a living bowling ball. Sebastian may move 10" every turn, and may choose to move through friendly models (as he rolls under their feet). For every full inch he moves, he increases his Strength and Attacks by 1 until the end of the turn, and counts as a monstrous mount when charging (as he rolls onto his enemies' feet) and never counts as being trapped. In addition. Sebastian may never be knocked to ground (he can't really get any closer), and may never be targeted with missile weapons of any kind, although he doesn't provide In the Way rolls.
Cute little hedgehog: Before rolling to see who wins the fight, every enemy in base contact with Sebastian must take a Courage test with -3 to their dice roll. If they fail, they must immediately back away, as though they had lost the fight. Those that pass may fight as normal. Sebastian may still choose to strike any enemy models that were forced to back if he wins the fight. If all enemy models he's in base contact with fail their courage test, Sebastian counts as automatically winning the fight and may attempt to wound as normal.
Protect the Hedgehogs!: Sebastian counts as a banner. In addition, if Sebastian is ever killed ( ) then any friendly model in base contact with him may pick him up, counting as though they are equipped with a banner.

Edit: almost forgot Forest Dweller: You may include any number of Ents in Sebastian's Warband, and you may also take Treebeard as a part of Sebastian's Warband.

Sebastion must make a Courage Check when faced by a saucer of bread and milk or count as Transfixed as he laps it up.

Since no evil model would ever waste precious bread and milk on a hedgehog, the only known use of this tactic was by a certain White Wizard, jealous of Radagast's skill with birds and beasts...

Being a Hedgehog, he should have some rule about Gold Rings and Chaos Emeralds. Oh and like 15" move

He should be painted blue and call out "Dinsdale" now and then.

Hahaha, maybe have him count as a moving fate point. He has 10 througout the entire game and goes around bringing good luck?

Personally I think he should be a Thrown Weapon for Radagast.

With the new rules I think anybody could throw him anyway, could be useful! I like the fate points rule, in base contact kind of thing. Me and grungehog also threw in the idea that maybe he would have a random movement each turn to simulate being distracted by tasty worms and then scuttling along, so 2D6" or similar.

Hahahaha!

Altering what I said before, maybe instead just have him renew 1 will point for every turn he is in base contact with somebody. help all those captain's who accidentally fail courage tests!

Wrath of the Hedgehog: There is little else in this world more terrifying than the glare of an angry or indeed simply unimpressed hedgehog. Upon being reduced to one wound, Sebastian counts as Terrifying and all enemies within 12" of Sebastian suffer -3 courage. Additionally, Sebastian is boosted to strength 5.

Wow! Games Workshop ACTUALLY gave him a ruleset? I assume that means there is a model coming out? Or is it just the one Radagast holds... I still think our own rules will be far better than anything GW can come up with =D

He is a 5pt upgrade for radagast. He doesn't have a profile, just a special rule.

He gives Radagast an extra (very small) chance of winning a fight and wounding. Again VERY small chance.
