I knew the sword was glowing. That part is excellent. 8) It just looked like he was standing in waves like he was fighting the Watcher in the Water or something. :-D
Now I can see the rocks though. :oops:

Good job Martinus - gret highlights on the cloak, the sword looks good and worn like its been through many a battle, facial detail well picked out and nice basing. A good all round entry :yay:

Yeah the clothes do look great! nice painting. I always find it hard to make his yellow shirt look good.

I've spent like twice the time for the grass and non existing eyes after I finished painting him. Nope I can't do it. It's impossible. I need some very thin brush I think. I can't get an eye! :shock: And GW's super glue does not work well with GW grass, I think I need white glue for bases... Well here my final entry.

I think he looks better sleeping - the pose wouldn't suit eyes imo. Nice entry!

Thats not too bad mate - the Aragorn that Lotrcrown was painting for the challenge has taken him over a year an still counting lol
