So i saw that Radagast the Brown is the same points cost as Saruman the White. What makes him so great besides his little pet bird friend who gives you sight for volleys and what have you. Just curious DONT post profiles i just want opinions thanks.

He's more subtle than Saruman and most of the time he won't be worth it. He does a good job with woses as he has the elven cloak rule and ignores difficult terrain. He's also useul for getting rid of heroes' horses and keeping your own tocking. He dosen't have sorcerous blast, though, so I would use Saruman the majority of the time.

I 3rd what spud says but radagast can heal wounded models with relative ease which does make him quite useful useful provided you are using him alongside a decent hero, he can also cast aura of dismay, which is useful against almost any evil models.

He can unseat a wraith on fellbeast with his panic steed. Other than that he's not as good as saruman.

In addition to the notes above he's the only Wizard with an Elf Cloak which may help in specific situations. He really is a specialist model. If you are facing a mount-heavy force, he may be useful. If you are playing on a table where his Line of Site special would be very important he may be useful. But generally Gandalf Gray of Saruman White are far more useful in most games I've played (Sorcerous Blast is at least or more effective at dismounting than Panic Steed)
