hey everybody. i loved the eragon books and therefore decided to make stats for some of the characters. i don't no points cost and would appreicate help bettering my ideas. i also havn't figured out magic yet.

eragon(this is before the battle of farthen dur)
f s d a w c m/w/f
6/4+ 4 4 3 3 5 3 6 3

wargear: zaroc, bow
he may be eqiuped with following for the following points cost:
heavy armour 10
shield 5

zaroc: gives eragon +1 to wound
dragon rider: eragon gets one free will per turn
horse:10 points

magic brisinger, 6+ all of eragons shooting attacks are stranght 8 and do 4cm area damage, all close combat attacks are strenght 8.
thrysta, 3+ see twins entry 28cm
transfix 4+ 28cm

saphira

f s d a w c m/w/f
7/4+ 7 7 4 8 6 3 3 3

dragon armour: 10 points(counts as heavy armour)
terror


Arya
f s d a w c m/w/f
7/3+ 4 4 3 3 6 3 6 3


wargear: sword, elven bow
armour: 5 points
horse:10 points


special rules:
elven prowess: all elves recieve a bonus die to win the fight.
elven spellcaster: arya recieves one free will per turn

magicthrysta, 3+ see twins entry 28cm
transfix 4+ 28cm


Murtagh son of morzan

6/4+ 4 5 3 3 5 3 3 1

wargear: hand and a half sword, armour, bow
heavy armour: 5
shield:5
horse:10 points

special rules:
hand and a half sword, can be used either 2-h or as a hand weapon

Brom

5/4+ 4 4 3 3 6 3 6 1

wargear: sword and staff(2-h weapon)
horse:10 points
magic transfix 5+
brisinger 6+

Interesting idea....


Just wondering.. if neither Arya nor Eragon got Magic... why all the free will?

I mean six will is normally enough to last through a battle of magic resitance..

So what about free might points? And giving them a higher point value for that?

Or Arya some spells (Brisingr ect.) and a free will point and Eragon a free might point?

i havn't figured out all the magic yet. i am working on that. i will post more stats later today!

urgal 15 points

4/4+ 5 6 2 1 4

wargear: hand weapon, armour

shield: 1 point
spear: 1 point
bow: 1 point

soldier of the empire 7 points

f s d a w c
3/4+ 3 5 1 1 3

wargear: sword, armour

shield: 1 point
spear: 1 point
long bow: 1 point

the twins 90 points each

4/4+ 3 4 2 2 5 1 6 2

wargear: dagger

special rules: the twins, the twins may use each others will to cast spells.
magic: thrysta, 3+ knocks back a single enemy unit 2d6 cm, the enemy is knocked to the ground. 28 cm range
brisignr, 5+ strenght 6 hit on a single enemy. 28 cm range
transfix, 4+ same as lotr


Ajihad 100 points

6/4+ 4 6 3 3 5 3 3 1

wargear: sword, heavy armour

horse: 10 points


durza 150 points
f s d a w c m/w/f
6/4+ 5 8 3 3 5 3 6 1

wargear: sword

special rules:

only the heart, when durza suffers his final wound, roll a die on a 3+ the stroke did not pierce his heart and he survives.

prowess, durza has a bonus roll to win the fight.
magical powers: thrysta, 2+ rules in twins entry
transfix 3+ same as lotr
fire dart 5+ strength 8 hit on a single enemy. 28 cm
ignite 5+ choose an enemy within 28cm, that model and all models within 4 cm suffer a strength 6 hit, if the model is in a group of trees or undrebrush it is a strength 8 hit. the models take a hit every turn until they move out of that area. the affect lasts for 3 turns.


razac 75 points

f s d a w c m/w/f
5/4+ 4 7 2 2 5 2 2 2

wargear: sword

bow: 5 points
horse: 10 points

toxic breath: when in combat all opponents must take a courage test. if they fail they count as transfixed.


lethbraka

f s d a w c m/w/f
6/4+ 6 7 3 3 4 1 0 1

special rules: mount to the razac, if ridden by a razac they count as monsterous mounts.
terror
scream once per game the lethbraka can unleash a piecring scream. all units. frind and enemy have their movements halfed.

i edited in the magic, what do you think? are the spells underpowered and do you have any other ideas for spells?
