Looks like a solid list to me with plenty of models and might. Madril's special rule will come in handy with scenarios with reinforcements, and Boromir's 6 might points will give you plenty of Heroic Moves to play with. Just be careful with him though, as although he he great in combat don't be foolish and just send him deep into enemy lines without support - if he looses a fight he has no Fate points to save him if it goes badly and only one Will point to resist enemy magic. Your shield wall looks pretty solid and rangers are a great choice.
Maybe consider some Osgiliath Veterans if your using Boromir, as their special rule is a good one. I would also suggest Damrod for his single point of might, but it looks like you have enough might points already!
P.S - It depends who you are playing against, but some people don't let you go a few points over the total. Just take away a spear or something if this is the case.
