Time to pick what you would like to paint for the February Challenge. |

Would it have to be a hero for the Elven Havens, or any model? |

DMS do you look at my WIP and then add whatever I just did as a choice? Lol I'd have voted Istari if I hadn't just painted up the blue wizard In light of this I went Elven |

I've literally just finished assembling my EFGT set, so naturally I went with Thorin's company, as I'm itching to start painting them. However, I could do Gandalf for the White Council. What about Radagast, would he qualify for White Council? No problems if he doesn't, but just to see |

Radagast wouldn't really qualify for the white council. He'd be fine in the Istari catagory tho |

Voted Warbands, want to finally start painting my northerners. What do you mean by non legal? And can I enter more than 4/8 models? |

Dagorlad wrote: Is the army of the dead a warband? It can be. Warbands are simply just a hero (the commander) and his troops |

Would it be ok to use miniatures that have been undercoated and had 1 basecoat applied to their skin already? I've done that to 30 odd Misty Mountain goblins so it would be ideal to set aside 8 for the warband challenge, I can provide proof pics of course. If that isn't ok that's fine I'll look into doing something Rohan, Elf or Uruk related, just thought I'd check first. |

Yes thats fine GD as long as you take a proof pic with their current paint scheme. |

I voted for Elven Havens; I am thinking of painting up my Gil-Galad; though I would be happy with warbands as well. |

If it's warbands, I may well paint the very same Elves anyway. But I suppose it just means that certain people won't be faced with yet more of those pointy ears... Or, come to think of it, hope it is warbands actually, so that I could also do some Hobbits. 9 more painted in a month would be a good start, keeping that up for the rest of the year may see me finish all those darned halflings... |
