The purpose of this poll is to determine which of the above good characters will be the painting challenge for the month of July. The poll will run untill 17:18PM on June 22nd GMT+1, leaving everyone with a short amount of time to go out and get the materials they might need participate next month.

Please note - the winning choice is not what you must paint next month, only what is preferred, you are still more than welcome to paint something else similar if you haven't got the correct miniature (for example, if Aragorn is chosen and you don't have an Aragorn miniature in time, you're permitted to paint up something similar for the challenge instead - like Halbarad or Arathorn for example).

I just got the original Fellowship, and, lol, out of all of them, I've finished Aragorn, and done a good bit on Legolas, having Gimli in mind for the next to paint. So, I voted for Gimli :)

I don't understand why they're called the monkey twins, but I voted for them. :) If they don't win I still have two other options should I choose to enter.

I voted for Aragorn, but I wouldn't mind Legolas, Gimli or maybe Arwen.

@Elros of Numenor -- They're called the Monkey Twins because if you look at the first Elladan and Elrohir models (Click Here) their arms are really long....almost to their knees! So, people began comparing them to orangutans and the like, until someone came up with the moniker "Monkey Twins," which stuck.

@Eaothen - Voting for each month changes each month from good to evil, so next months will all be evil figures, so you'll have to wait for the month after for anything dwarvish I'm afraid :(

So what was selected? Legolas was in the lead at the end of the voting period but Aragorn now has more votes....

I thought that. Strange, wonder how that happened.

Well we'll say Aragorn is the winner, as he has more votes and I wasn't online at the end of the voting so for all I know someone could have just voted for him at the end of the period.

Oh well, anything Moria-like will be great too, they're both my main armies so yeah, let's see (:

Can't wait! :-D This will be my first painting challenge. After hours I have converted my Breaking of the Fellowship Aragorn, shame it was such a subtle conversion that you can't see much of a difference. He is going to have to be painted in a matter of days as I'm away for the majority of July.

Good luck to everyone! :legolas:

I'll be participating in this one. Now the question is which Aragorn to paint!

I'll also be participating, it'll be the first miniature I've painted in 25 years!! I have the same issue as Erunion, which Aragorn should I paint? I think I'll let my boys decide.
