I really like the skirmish hero version of rumil but in WOTR he is kind of a dud, being stuck in an over costed legendary formation. I was wondering if anyone has a WOTR profile for him or would want to make one. I think he'd be similar to haldir with the actual stats: F7?* R2 C6 and Mt3. But I don't know which epic actions to give him and how to approach the special rule he should get. Any ideas on a special rule that represents the one his skirmish profile has?

*i don't know wether he should have F6 or F7?
