Yes i may have answered my own question but using a heavy crossbow which cost i believe 90 points would put me well over the 500 pts limit in most short games. so i would never be able to use one. since the mumak cost 491 ponts

sorry for posting in this thread but ive just thought of a great way to kill it. Fire siege weaponary at the howdah instead as soon as it falls off the mumak has no driver (is that the right word?) and can be controlled, hence it is no longer a problem
