Post subject:  Mordor Siege Bow any good?

What are your opinions about the usefulness of a mordor siege bow? Also, what kind of army siege bows need to work well? Can you just throw 1 siege bow to any army and see if it does something? Also, how to avoid unnecessary in the way rolls?

A bit additional maths:
*Siege Bow costs 77% of Isengard Ballista's price. Against def 8 and with 1 in the way roll, siege bow does 66.667% of the wounds that a ballista would do. Therefore the damage-price ratio is 86.6% compared to ballista.
*If enemy has special rules affecting shooting at them, such as The Balrog's hit on 5+, or Cast Blinding Light spell, then Mordor Siege Bow becomes more efficient.
*The expected damage is very low in most situations, so 1 siege bow or ballista is hardly going to change the game. For example, if enemy has defence 6 troops, and you have either 3 isengard ballistas (195 points) or 4 siege bows (200 points), the expected wounds to be done during 3 rounds without any in the way rolls are: 2.22 wounds for siege bows, 2.5 wounds for ballistas. So basically first 3 turns, you kill 20 points worth of enemy units with your 200 points investment? And if you have only 1 siege bow, you are expected to do only about 0.55 wounds... Doesn't sound really good?

I never played it. But i universally Heard from all Mordor players i ever met, that the Siege Bow is utter Devlan Mud - especially when you compare it to your other Option - the catapult. Which is one of the best siege weapons in the Game.
