Lol... the Age of MS-DOS .. where is the time...of having more than black and white colours on the screen for the first time! I remember I once had a hobbit game... was only 4 colours... but can't remember much more... |

Abandonia is a great site for stuff like this, thanks to those guys I found a lot games that burned my eyes as a kid - but I never remembered any of the titles anyway. I can spend tons of hours just browsing that site and I noticed those early LotR-games as well! Never saw those games as a little chap, but I must admit they look quite good for their age, I know others! |

I remember that Fellowship of the Ring game got really good reviews at the time. Too bad I didn't have money to buy it then. If you liked the Riders of Rohan, try also War in Middle-earth. That's basically the same thing, just on the whole Middle-earth scale. One of my favourites of the Amiga era. -- Pasi |
