Always great to see some work of you! The expression in the face is just awesome! I really like this one, must be one of my personal favourites of the ones I've seen from you! Love it! |

Oh, yeah, now you're talkin' !! That is definitely your best - the proportions and detail are excellent and the facial expression is extremely natural. Great work. Although I'm not keen on the hat for some reason. |

This is the most animated and has some of the best detail we have seen thus far. But, the Force tells me something is not quite as it should be. So I have studied the mini for a while, then got an axe, and tried to get the positioning/pose etcetera for myself. The issue is with the right arm only - the rest is fine. No matter what I do, whether on the backsweep or on the stroke of the axe, that position for the arm does not work - in fact it would hurt if you tried it with a combat-strength blow. The arm operates better with more extension of the upper arm away from the body, and the hand is not holding the axe parallel to the ground - the twist at the wrist is uncomfortable (you try repeating this 2 dozen times with a heavy axe!) Sorry about the nit-picking but I hope it helps. Like I said, I think this is a magnificent sculpt, far better than I could manage (but I am quite handy with the old axe!) The snarl on his face is fantastic. |

Is that supposed to be a throwing axe or a single handed battle axe? The shaft looks almost too short for a battle axe, but everything else about it is awesome! Good job |

Excellent sculpting again, but as mentioned earlier the right arm position is wrong; if the upper arme is near vertical then the lower arm needs to be, it would be inpractical to weild an axe in that position, especially if you want some force behined the blow - try it. The sword hilt look a bit odd too, maybe to short? Apart from that, top-notch. |
