Looks solid. You have high fight value on HTs and Castellans, so maybe replace some Serpent Guards with Haradrims with spears and try to replace Chieftain with Taskmaster?

No dont replace serpent guard for haradrim with spears lol Read each rules and would see why.
But let me resume.
Having a model at fight 5 not always guarantee you to win, a fight 4 in the back is always helpfull regardless.
Then Serpent guards on foot have poison, meaning watever is in the back its a portion more deadlier when to wound some 1.
Not to mention overall the same haradrim with spear will only cost 1 point less, meaning the serpent guard are in advange as for 1 point more he got better fight and the poisoned rule for combat.

I do have to agree with the taskmaster option however, that 4+ free Might action might come handy and extend your might reach through out the game. Although hes considerably worth more points.


Im a bit adept of Hasharin´s, I know they are pricey, but the only Harad character who can afford a beating and have plenty fate points to absorv the damage.

For the list: yeah quite competitive, Harad is one of the best forces if you own serpents and half trolls then things get easy. watcher is the best value for points model too. They all are blended well here I think and you have no bows (that are nerfed anyway).

For the GW copyrights restriction: I respect the moderator's decision but it is hilarious to respect a company that never respected you. Now they are abandoning the game and losing the copyrights, so we may see some freedom. No further discussion please just an opinion (because I know who and why will reply to this )

Luckily got all the models already bar 3 more black numenoreans as liked the look of the models then started playing and they seemed to do me well.

looking to try and hit the more competitive LOTR scene next year - kinda surprised no one said drop Suladan or the cav just kinda assumed people wouldn't like them.

Suladan is a nice character, goes around toe to toe with rohan heroes but with a 12" stand fast which is incredibly usefull.
Serpent riders despite being squishy like harad regular cav, they got fight 4, and a nice lance bonus with poison in it, so its extremely usefull :)
