Hi!
First of, how much M/W/F have you given the Witch King? Further on, are there any limitations to which models in the Angmar list you have at your disposal?
I like the list, but personally I would drop two orcs with hand weapons, drop the crown of morgul, drop the Witch King's horse and put him on a fell beast. I do not know how much might there is in this list, but there is no more than 3 might at max, and most of your points have gone into heroes (330-ish?). I would consider dropping the shade, and replace it with an orc shaman. This will give you the points to max out the Barrow Wight's war band, and possibly give you the points to include a specter or two. I would also have some orcs with two handed weapons in each war-band, rather than all of them in one war-band.
Doing so would give you 39 models, three spell casters (not including the specters), and a monster. A banner might be considered.
