Hey everyone, would appreciate some opinions on army lists

Im playing at a 600 pt tournament soon.

I want to included elrond on horse and atleast 6 knights of rivendell (could go upto 12)

That makes:

Elrond w/ Heavy Armour & Horse (180 pts)
6 Knights of Rivendell w/ Shields (132 pts)

Total: 312 pts

I have 288 pts remaining to spent and would like advice from people as to what you think would fit in with these units.

I thought about gandalf the grey on horse to make use of his blinding light, and strengthen will to give elrond more natures wraiths, this would be 180 pts though.

I have thrain, thorin, grimhammers and warriors of erebor that could also be added, as well as alfrid (of course haha) and various rohan, gondor, galadhrim etc.

So what would you guys spent the 288 remaining points on?

What do you think about all mounted?:

Warband 1 8/12
Elrond with Heavy armour; Horse;
8 Knight of Rivendell with Shield;
----
Warband 2 7/12
Lindir with Horse;
7 Knight of Rivendell with Shield;

Warband 1 0/12
Alfred the councillor

Total: 600 Pts.

Or you can take:

Thorin Oakenshield with Pony; The Oakenshield;
5 Warrior of Erebor with Spear; Shield;
6 Warrior of Erebor with Shield;
1 Warrior of Erebor with Spear;

Bombur

Elrond with Heavy armour; Horse;
6 Knight of Rivendell with Shield;

Total: 600 Pts.

The Bombur - Alfrid combo is extremly strong.

I did consider all mounted as well, with lindir. I just thought that at 600 pt game, having a all mounted force of 22 pt troops would give few troops and id be too outnumbered.

I never played an army like that, but if you practice enough, it can be very strong. Some scenarios are very difficult with this army, but some others are easy. If you can, test the army.
