Which 750 pt Terror (BN) Army should I use?

I've been lamenting for a long time that because I normally play against Elves, I never get to use my Black Numenorean army. Well, I was thinking that one of these days I'll have to have a go eventually, as I have so many of them, mostly converted out of AotD and WoMT. But then I couldn't decide which of these army lists to use. They are mostly the same, down to the same model count, the choice is basically between Morgul Knights or a Fell Beast. It's usually for fighting Hero-heavy Elven armies. Anyway, here's the lists:

List 1:

The Knight of Umbar w/ armoured horse
4 Morgul Knights

Cave Drake

Grishnakh w/ shield
5 Black Numenoreans
5 Orc Warriors w/ spears

Gorbag w shield
5 Black Numenoreans
5 Orc Warriors w/ spears

Gundabad Blackshield Shaman
2 Bat Swarms

List 2:

The Knight of Umbar w/ armoured Fell Beast

Cave Drake

Grishnakh w/ shield
6 Black Numenoreans
6 Orc Warriors w/ spears

Gorbag w shield
6 Black Numenoreans
6 Orc Warriors w/ spears

Gundabad Blackshield Shaman
2 Bat Swarms

Both armies have 31 models, 11 Might

Fell beast all day. It will give you possibilities to kill fast lego-like heroes, maneuverability, "longest range" to your spells. You run somewhat low on models (vs good side, not that much) so hit fast or hit from behind with something will really help imo.

Hi, I would say that a fell beast is always worth it. KoU is a close combat hero in my opinion, so he needs to be in close combat.

Ive never come across morgul knights I didnt tear to pieces.

They are soft for their cost.

The KOU on fell beast will rip up your enemies. Easily, that one.

Im not a fan of the Blackshield Shaman either....never seen them do anything worthwhile.
