Army of Minas Tirith and Numenor c&c

Hi, have been working on my Army of Men and just looking for suggestions to improve it without buying any more troops. Also wondering what heroes are worth getting.

Warband 1:
captain with shield
4 warriors with shields
5 spearmen
1 banner bearer

Warband 2:
Captain with bow
3 archers
4 rangers

Warband 3:
captain mounted with lance and shield
5 knights with shields

Warband 4:
Isildur
6 swordmen of numenor with shields

Two questions. What's the points level of the list? And what's the purpose of the Numenorians? Why not just more warriors of Minas Tirith?

Your army of men needs a focus first. Is it Gondor? Do you want fiefdoms? Will the army always be lead by Isildur?

Gondor has some Great heroes to choose from, ones with a bit more character than a captain for sure. Since you don't wish to buy more troops, Do you at least have more troops than what is listed here to pick from?

Take a look at what you have and flush out some details here.

I'll check the points-
I just got hold of some numenoreans and i like the models so i use them as a bodyguard unit for isildur.
My army would be made up of a shield wall with flanking cavs and supporting archers and rangers. I dont actually have any captains so i use warrior models. I think i should get the command pack.
If i wanted some heavy infantry i would probs get founatin guards or axemen and clansmen from the fiefdoms list.

Do the models have shields or do you glue them on?

All Fountain Guard have shields, and need them to properly stand out.

fountain court do not come with shields, you need to find them elsewhere.

i greenstuffed mine using the shields that come with the knights.

What i have now done is use the fountain guard models as captains and i got elendil so i hwve plenty of heroes now im going to have two minas tirith warrior warbands and a cavalry warband as well as the two numenorean warbands.
