I would merge the two companies of oathsworn militia as currently they're a little too fragile. You could maybe drop Eowyn and turn the riders into Erkenbrands riders.

do you think an extra box of warriors will do for the oathsworn formations to keep them separate?

- also I am very low on royal guards. only 9 on foot and 3 mounted. I am currently using the extra rohan warriors after replaced by heroes to fill the gaps between formations as "count as". so guards should be on my buying list too. I know there were some discussions on how many companies best to have as a minimum in a formation, but when it comes to buying, budget rules . so how many figures do you think I should get to get decent formations?

I am using King's guards legenday formation just to make use of Gamling and Hama figures I have.

- do you think I have many heroes for such point level?

- am I missing more banners, captains, horn blowers?

Yeah, another box of warriors would be good so you would have 2 4 company formations of militia. You could always chuck in Grimbold in there with the militia. King's guard definetely needs to expanded. Maybe merge in the royal guard?
