My good army (elves) is coming along nicely, so now it's time for me to start putting together an evil army. I like the uruk-hai and orcs, especially the ones in Isengard, but does it really matter what I choose now, since eventually I can probably use the orcs and urak-hai in both armies, except for a few special ones like berserkers or white hand? I'm also encouraged by the Battlehosts book for WotR, and will probably build up these forces to eventually try out WotR with them. Any thoughts appreciated. |

I'm definitely leaning toward Mordor. In my elf list I've got Wood Elves, Galadhrim Warriors, and an assortment of elf heroes (Galadriel, Celeborn, Haldir, WE Captain, Legolas, Radagast). |

Technically the uruks of Mordor are a bit different: less armour, and no xbows. Orcs are Orcs, you can use them anywhere. Mordor has a broader range of heroes, but for most games you'll have plenty to work with with Isengard. Mordor can also make more alliances than Isengard, so if you think you might build a Harad army, Mordor is the way to go. |
