Hey guys. Is there a realistic way you could fit two named wraiths on horses into a 650-750 pt army?

My usual opponent always takes Thranduil and a wizard so I want to negate them. Doesn't matter what wraiths but two together with basic horses costs minimum 250(obvious that's no individual point mention).

I feel I miss either might, killing power, unit number, and other things no matter what I do.

I only have armies from Mordor and bits of other armies.

Well, you take one on horse,the other one on fellbeast, then add in taskmaster and 3 warbands of morannons a nd orcs. You basically have everything you need.
