Hello all, I just reactivated my account and wanted to introduce myself. I have been collecting LOTR miniatures for several years, but am now hoping to get more involved in the community. Unfortunately, I do not have a gaming group in my local area, so I want to use this site to interact with other LOTR hobbyists. I look forward to chatting with you all. |

You picked a great time to get back into the hobby. GW has renewed official support for the hobby and has just released Battle Companies. This looks like a great way to get some new players into the War of the Ring SBG, as it will be called going forward. Only a handful of minis needed and you can really buy a lot of what you like to paint and go from there. |
