Hi one ring!

I been a hardcore lotr fan since then movies came out back when I was a kid. So it was natural I had to try the minis, so I started with the minis this September actually. I just “finished” my first warband and played my first game today at the local GW store. I’m having a lot of fun with this already and I came by this forum and it looks great, with the community and the monthly competitions. So hi!

I found this forum by stumbling on Dead marches blog, I found Onyx’s blog with his awesome Helm’s Deep and after reading all his post I started googling “lotr painting blog games workshop” or something similar and entered Dead marches blog (awesome painter!). He mentioned one ring painting competition and I was interested what that was, so I found this forum by googling one ring and such =) If I get time/the economy allows me to enter monthly painting competitions as they seem to be a lot of fun!

So this forum is like the one ring I see, the more you use it the more you lose yourself! Then the website name is indeed cleverly chosen.
