Hi Boog, I've just returned to the hobby myself, the MoM box set is a great starting place, that plastic fellowship is very nice. Have fun and see you around ! Will. |

Yeah, i love the set. Though i have to admit, fellowship is so overpovered, it makes it hard to set an unscripted battle with it. |

Good heroes are very powerful and evil relies more on troops. If you find they are too good, make the scenario a little tougher for the good side. |

That's what i'm doing, but in all fairness, even when i have only three good heroes and my oponent have adequate (by point cost) force of goblins; i still feel stronger. I'm not complaining, i know the reason for so much power on their side. It's just that it can look funny, when my Aragorn, Gimli and Legolas kill all goblins and a troll. Solution i found perfect for my needs is to buy a goblin king and a box of dwarf warriors for Gimli to lead. |

If your scenarios favour the Fellowship too much, how about linking all four Mines of Moria scenarios? Any Might/Will/Fate spent or wounds lost in a scenario by the Fellowship will be also be lost from the start of the following scenarios. |
