Anyone know of some alternative Miniatures (preferably historical miniatures) that would work as Corsairs of Umbar?

In the GW ships and small boats rules, you can see Corsairs made from kitbashed men of Rohan. These were made in the days before there were official Corsair models. The small boat rules got reprinted in the hardcover Best of White Dwarf. Since you can get used Rohan men for a few bucks on auction sites, this is a reasonable way to do it. PM me with your e-mail if you want the articles.

Thanks for that, but I mostly use non GW minis, and the GW ones don't really fit. Was thinking of maybe kitbashing some Arabs and Vikings together.

I think the Wargames Atlantic conquistadors (https://wargamesatlantic.com/collections/renaissance/products/conquistadors) could be a good place to get models for corsairs. It has unarmored bodies, swords and bucklers, and crossbows; all of which are important for making the models look like they have the right wargear. Perry Brothers, Footsore and Gripping Beast also have guys that are good for no armor + shields and spears and no armor + crossbows in their Norman/Crusades range. Perry brothers Azerbaijani swordsmen, in particular, look like they have the stuff for corsairs.

Also look at Wargames Atlantic Afghan warriors, go with the swords, ignore the rifles.

Maybe those mixed with the conquistadors.
