I've heard tell of Dwarfish swords being available for purchase. I was wondering where from and what other Dwarfish arms and weapons were available that were suited for Grim Hammers, please (I have one missing a right arm, figured I could patch him up, maybe convert him into a Captain of Erebor or Grim Hammers etc). |

To update anyone else following this thread I think Thermo commissioned them from Shadow & Flame. Does anyone have a good source for SBG scaled arms and/or weapons that are ready as is? Preferably for Dwarfs. |

Yeah I was thinking about trying to get something like this as well. I looked on ebay and you can get some warhammer bits pretty cheap which mostly would look ok I think but arent perfect. I heard the Shadow and flame conversions are just plastic card type cut outs painted on, which doesn't seem too hard and you could get the right look. |

These new Dwarves by Northstar have many components that could be used for conversions: http://www.northstarfigures.com/list.php?man=257&page=1 Here's a review with photos of the sprues: http://wargameterrain.blogspot.de/2017/ ... -news.html Personally I really love them! They look exactly like I imagined Dwarves from the books. |

polywags: Whilst that's true, I imagine Shaodw & Flame are also sculpting the arm/hand and for this particular conversion/model, I need the entire right arm as well as the weapon. As for Bay and using Warhammer pieces etc - they are a hndred miles away in terms of scale for a Grim Hammer (having collected fantasy for years and picking up a spare piece to check). metalface13: Thanks for the useful links. It's not specifically the weapon that's proving problematic, so much as the scale for the arm to hold it. Feanor: Thanks - interesting models and very reminiscent of Middle-Earth artwork. Unfortunately, I don't have the funds to buy an entire set and literally just need the one right arm. That being said, have you any spare pieces from it that might be suitable? |

I don't have them yet, unfortunately. Maybe ebay could be of help, if it's only about 1 arm anyway? |

Send me a pm and I may be able to sort you an arm that I sent Thermo if it's just one you need. |
