Today I was reading a bit in the 'Legions of Middle Earth' book and I saw that the Eregion armylist can contain 'Celebrimbor'.
I googled him and read his history and was pretty inspired by his lore so I want to try to create him for my army. However I'm curious if other people have done this in the past as well and if so; with what kind of models did you work with to create him?

Also I don't know anything of his stats and rules apart from that he excists. Where can I find that information? He's not in the 'Free Peoples' book that I own. The 'Legions of Middle Earth' only mentions his name and how much points he would cost.

Celebrimbor never had a profile in SBG. The Legions of Middle Earth book is full of ideas for future profiles that never came to pass, it's a great shame but gives a fascinating glimpse into what GW had planned for SBG at that point.
