Hello,
I've recently bought on Internet a blister with Suladan (new version) on foot and mounted.
However, the model on foot doesn't have the left hand (which should be with the flag on his back, I suppose). I've received instead the same flag twice (for the mounted version).

Is there any way to get the missing part?

Thanks

I would contact gw. They have a real good customer serve track record.

Hello, thanks for your advice.
However, I haven't bought the blister at the GW store but on an "Ebay-like" website... :(

If the blister was unopened, the product was simply incomplete due to a fault of the manufacturer (Games Workshop), regardless of where you purchased the item from. Definitely contact them, got nothing but good experiences with their customer service myself (including regarding replacement parts).

Agreed, GW Customer Service is one of the best customer services I have seen.

Hello,
I've contacted them but they ask me a proof of purchase to allow me to send it back... I think I'm screwed ^^

If you Ordered online there should a list of previous pages that you can get the orders reference number. Not sure about non account purchases but if you go through your internet history or credit card purchase history it you should be able provide proof.

Yes, but not sure that they will help me if I haven't bought the product directly from a GW shop or on their website :(

I see, well you will have to take it up with the guy you bought it from. Gw will probably be no help here.

One of the items I've contacted GW about in the past was a badly cast Necromancer, which I bought at an independent shop (so official stockist, but not GW). Didn't matter, pictures of the model were sufficient to prove the product was faulty, and I definitely never had to show a receipt or anything (which is probably for the best, because I don't think I still had it around). Fairly certain the origin of the miniature wasn't mentioned or asked for anywhere either. Again, it should be about the product, not where you got it, as long as it was a sealed blister.

Send them the info you have. I have a friend who bought a gandalf the white in finecast. He bought it on ebay and the product broke or was poorly cast, I don't recall which. Either way, he sent them what he had and guess who ended up with a new Gandalf? My friend. Who ended up giving the Gandalf to me as a B-Day present, so who *really* ended up with his new gandalf? ME! Point being, send them what you have, even if you didn't buy it directly from them, you may be surprised.

I think they've changed their ways. I contacted them last fall: Go back to the store which you bought it and they will fix it.
