If you sell it, you'll inevitably regret it an a year or two. That means that your only other option is to paint it at some point. It won't paint itself so at some point you'll have to face the job - I'd say wait until you really WANT to paint it and then get stuck in, you may well find that you surprise yourself, I'm sure you'll do a great job. Don't sell it! |
