My tip for that model would be to cut off the 'nob' that is used to attach the shield, and file down the empty fist to look a bit more natural. Then drill through the fist vertically, insert a bit of brass rod or a straight paper clip, add a paper banner and ouila you have an excellently posed and unique banner bearer.
