Ie, from the Inception of the Xbox 360 right through until today. I'll start off  Uncharted 2: Among Thieves Mass Effect 2 Assassin's Creed 2 Red Dead Redemption Fallout 3: Game of the Year I've enjoyed plenty more, but those ones stand out to me as superb. |

You must be a PS3 person if you're playing Uncharted! Dragon Age: Origins Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Skyrim Uncharted 2 (still haven't played the 3rd yet) Castlevania Lord of Shadows Heavy Rain UFC 2009 Need for Speed: Shift I have dozens of games that I have bought but haven't the time to play through it. |

From an xbox player's perspective (the only Playstation I ever had was PS1 - from then on I've had Xboxes): Halo 3. Mass Effect (1). Battlefield 3. Battlefield Bad Company 2. The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim. Slightly off topic, but some PC games in approximately the same time frame: Minecraft. The Total War series. Lord of the Rings Battle For Middle Earth 2. Half Life 2. The Mount and Blade series (Fantasy/Historical Medieval Combat simulator - you can fight with bow, spear, sword & shield, lance and horse, and in later games muskets pistols and cannons; and have huge battles of up to 500 men or more). |

Sorry, I just mean the time period - PC and handhelds welcome too And I'm not a PS3 person really Sacrilege - I only got one this year! Had a 360 for a few years and its my main console. |

Do PS2 games count? Because I never bothered with PS3 or the x-boxes, and non of the Wii games were that good imo. |

And I know this isn't the top 5 games, I had to include my DS too, but the first 5 would be my favorite. |

Kinda burnt out on FPS games now. Most recent shooter I played was Vanquish, it was really fun! |

I said it when Modern Warfare first came out I absolutely loved the first games on pc, hated it when they moved out of the WW2 era. Tried World at War, but it just doesn't compare to the oldies. Yay, nostalgia!

hmmmm... 1.) HALO - If I had to pick one, it would be 3. Greatest game ever made (except pokeman xD ) 2.) CoD Modern Warfare - Only CoD game I have enjoyed properly 3.) Gears of War - 2 has to be my favourite here, nothing beats riding a brumak 4.) Mass Effect - 2 comes out on tops again because it is awesome lol. And the soundtrack is great. 5.) Mario Kart Wii - Have you seen drunk people try to do rainbow road? |

1) Fallout 3 2) The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim 3) Fallout: New Vegas 4) The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion 5) Medal of Honour (multiplayer needed some working on but the campaign is just fantastic, albeit short) As you can see, I'm a bit of a Bethesda fanboy... |
