Plaid makes lots of different brand paints and Modge Podge/Triple thick
Are you in the US?.

I use it for miniatures sometimes. Delta Cream coat is one of my favorite brands. Martha Stewart is another premium brand. I often use some of the colors for doll houses. The gray would make a good base color for foam. Buy big bottles of black, peter gray and burnt umber.

I find it incredibly thick right out of the bottle, almost like toothpaste. It waters down okay, but not as well as the premium paints designed for minis. It is really good for scenery, as it is cheap and the heaviness it seems to leave on minis without being thinned is not as noticeable. The thickness also makes it great for drybrushing, especially terrain.
