Post subject: | Two New Ringwraiths at Chicago Games Day |
These were at Chicago games day yesterday. Thanks to Celeborn69 of TLA. I believe the first may be the betrayer, as it looks slightly Gondorian, and the second must surely be the Knight of Umbar. They look pretty good. |

I am just as impressed by them as I was the other batch of GW inspired wraiths. |

GW marketing strategy meeting: 'What d'ya mean, only nine ringwraiths? There should be scores of them!' Next: the Fellowship with all twenty-four members.... |

I was at the GamesDay too. They are nice looking models. I'm not a huge fan of GW's interpretation of the new RWs but the models themselves are pretty cool. I may use the Umbar one at somepoint as a Wraith in my Haradrim forces. |

The models are nice, but I simply detest the idea of GW's Ringwraiths. The second one does look like a particularly lovely model, and could perhaps make a nice Haradrim King. |

Haha these are getting sillier as they go. I love the second one as a model, though, it's a beautiful sculpt even if I don't like it much as a ringwraith. First one's ugly as hell if you ask me. |

I like the sculpts, but it's kind of hard to imagine them being ringwraiths... but all in all, GW could've done worse so I guess they're ok. |

They're sweet! So there is still one more ring wraith to go? |

I like the sculpts, especially the Knight of Umbar. Does anyone know when they will be released? |

I like this idea, it's like Nazguls during transforming from human kings into dark spirits, plus it's not as boring as 9 identical heroes |

I’d long considered that these ancient kings of old, haughty and proud as they must have been to accept Sauron's tainted gifts, would surely have clad themselves in more individual raiment when the Nazgûl commanded Mordor’s armies upon the Pelennor. Accordingly, when the opportunity arose to make miniatures for these “War Ringwraiths”, we seized it with both hands... This makes a lot of sense to me.

This makes a lot of sense to me.Perhaps it makes sense, but the only 'named' ringwraith I will buy is the Witch King, I dislike the others. Although, perhaps The Tainted could be useful if I would make a 'Get off the road' diorama. |
